About the team:The Walmart Global Talent Acquisition team hires over 20,000 home office associates annually, connecting exceptional talent with opportunities across Retail, Corporate Functions, Growth, and Technology. Beyond filling roles, the team acts as strategic advisors, delivering data-driven insights and partnering with business leaders to align hiring with priorities. Focused on quality talent and a seamless candidate experience, the team combines technology and market intelligence to operate efficiently. What you'll do...

• Build credibility with Directors and senior business leaders through consistency and preparation.
• Coach and develop associates to enhance quality and execution.
• Analyze metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure process compliance, data accuracy, and consistent candidate experience across teams.
• Collaborate with business leaders to provide data-driven updates and manage expectations.
• Drive continuous improvements in operations and team capability development.
