Willert Home Products is a leading manufacturing company specializing in the production of high-quality yet cost-effective consumer products. With a commitment to innovation, efficiency, and excellence, we have established ourselves as a trusted name in the industry. We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, E-Commerce Sales, to join our team. This is a remote position located in Bentonville, AR and will report directly to the Director of Sales Operations.

Position Overview

The Senior Manager, E-Commerce Sales will be responsible for executing and supporting the company's online sales performance across Amazon, Walmart.com, and other retailer e-commerce platforms, working closely with the company's full-service online sales agency (Harvest Group). This role also supports the company's Shopify-based DTC website and serves as the primary liaison between internal sales leadership and the agency.

Key Responsibilities

Service as the primary contact for Harvest Group supporting Amazon and Walmart e-commerce
Communicate sales goals, priorities, and expectations from Sales Operations and Walmart Sales leadership
Review agency performance, deliverables, and reporting
Monitor Walmart.com and Amazon performance, pricing, promotions, and digital shelf execution
Oversee operational performance of Shopify DTC site
Partner with Sales Operations on forecasting, reporting, and inventory alignment
Manage and coach one Online Sales Associate
Act as execution link across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and agency partners
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
5-7 years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales, preferably within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) and manufacturing industry
Familiarity with Walmart.com or Amazon e-commerce required
Shopify or DTC platform experience required
People management experience preferred
Ability to pivot duties and tasks with a positive attitude
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
