Job Description

Our client is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager / Manager Tax Incentives to lead client delivery and help scale a growing advisory practice. You’ll join a firm serving privately held and VC/PE-backed companies nationwide, with real visibility, strong mentorship, and clear runway for advancement. This is an end-to-end leadership role—owning engagements, developing teams, and helping build a modern, process-driven practice in a remote-flexible environment.

What you’ll do

Lead R&D Tax Credit studies from kickoff through delivery
Manage timelines, documentation, and client communications
Supervise and develop project teams (typically 2–5 contributors)
Improve processes and help scale a growing practice
Support growth through upsell/cross-sell and technical sales support

What we’re looking for

5–6+ years relevant tax experience with R&D credit delivery leadership
CPA or EA required (JD acceptable)
Strong client-facing skills and project leadership
Experience with other credits/incentives (e.g., CHIPS, state/local programs) is a plus
