SALARY: $118,165.00 - $157,200.00, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
Anheuser-Busch, LLC seeks a full-time Senior Manager of Corporate Systems - Application based in St. Louis, MO. Responsible for overseeing the financial and procurement end-to-end projects and processes within the Corporate Systems application group. Job function is Product.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain business continuity for the organization.
Lead and support a cohesive organization of technical staff who work collaboratively to maintain SLAs and drive the business forward.
Manage hands-on Application Support team members in a 24x7 environment with applications spanning Mainframe and .NET technologies hosted in cloud environments.
Understand and support integrations to and from related systems; leverage problem-solving and troubleshooting experience to lead and guide the team.
Assemble and lead the triage of IT and Business issues through critical SEV1/SEV2 processes using ServiceNow. Drive modernization efforts, including mainframe modernization, re-architect middleware solutions, and adopt cloud technologies.
Play an active role in future solution design and integrations, learn the subject matter, adopt the Product ownership role, ask questions, and challenge the team while considering architectural standards.
Manage new demand and bug fixes, prioritize and coordinate with technical resources and project managers to execute these fixes.
Use technical skills to execute demands, including system configurations.
Engage stakeholders to understand and prioritize needs and capture requirements for operational needs and improvements.
Communicate operational statuses to the team and stakeholders according to prioritized business goals and operations.
Oversee and report weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
Raise and track issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve issues involving stakeholders, and escalate these to appropriate levels when required.
Work closely with internal and external auditors and the management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the Corporate Systems area are properly executed in accordance with SOX regulations and best practices.
This position does not have direct reports, but informally supervises four peers who hold the positions of Senior Specialist Applications and Microfocus Specialist Engineer.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration (within an IT concentration), or a related field.
8 years related (progressive, postbaccalaureate) experience.
Must also have 24 months of experience with each of the following:
Management of Application Support team members in a 24 x 7 environment with experience in COBOL, COBOL II, CICS, JCL, PL SQL, VSAM;
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for leading and guiding Cross-functional IT teams, using ticketing and monitoring tools like ServiceNow and Datadog;
SOX/MICS compliance requirements, working with internal/external auditors and Cybersecurity team;
Mainframe technologies, Cloud environment, and modern technology best practices; and
Project management experience to manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and overseeing and reporting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
