Job Details

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
• Experience supporting production equipment and shop-floor manufacturing environments
• Strong background in process development, tooling, and industrialization
• Experience with PFMEA, control plans, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Experience supporting or leading continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to work cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams
