Description

360 Live Media is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Washington, DC. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who can use data and audience insights to inform strategy, then translate that strategy into effective campaign execution and content.

You will support integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, paid media, and sales channels. The role combines strategic planning, performance analysis, project coordination, and hands-on writing in a fast paced, client focused environment.

We bring together the well-established event services of Smithbucklin and the innovative strategies of 360 Live Media to deliver total event management for any type of industry convening. From smart strategy to flawless execution, our integrated service delivery model elevates the experience for event organizers looking to modernize their approach, optimize their impact, and grow the show. 360 Live Media is a Smithbucklin company with offices in Chicago and Washington, DC.

While a majority of our engagements center around association events, we also support corporate clients with key marketing and event services. What's more, we frequently provide organizational strategy, branding, marketing, and sales services beyond events and in support of broader growth initiatives. What You Will Do

Marketing Strategy and Analysis

  • Support integrated marketing strategies designed to increase awareness, engagement, registration, attendance, and revenue
  • Conduct audience, market, competitor, and campaign research
  • Analyze registration, email, website, social media and paid media performance
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop reports, presentations, campaign briefs, and actionable recommendations
  • Support audience segmentation, testing plans, forecasting, benchmarking, and budget analysis
  • Help establish campaign goals, key performance indications, and measurement plans

Campaign Execution and Content

  • Support campaigns across email, web, social media, paid media, and sales channels
  • Write and clear, engaging, on-brand copy for emails, websites, ads, social posts, presentations, and sales materials
  • Translate campaign strategies and audience insights into effective messaging
  • Adapt content for different audiences, platforms, and client voices
  • Build and maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and performance trackers
  • Coordinate with account, creative, digital, media, and event teams
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations
  • Support audience segmentation, campaign setup, testing, proofreading, and quality assurance

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, data analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, content development, or a related field
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Familiarity with email, web, social media, paid media, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or experience in an agency or client services environment
  • Experience with platform such as Google Analytics 4, Salesforce, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Interest in events, associations, or B2B marketing

Smithbucklin is a hybrid work environment with in-office days established as Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Employees will work a standard 40-hour week, with the possibility of additional hours based on project deadlines.

Smithbucklin considers several factors when determining compensation, including a candidate's recent coursework, training, experience, and certifications, among other considerations. The expected pay for this role is $78,000-$82,000.
