Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Specialist to join a collaborative communications team supporting employee benefits and open enrollment initiatives. In this role, you will manage multiple projects from planning through execution while partnering with HR teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders to develop and deliver high-quality employee communications.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing multiple priorities, and is committed to producing accurate, high-quality work. Experience with employee benefits communications is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple marketing and communications projects from initiation through completion while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Partner with HR teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders to develop employee benefits communications.
• Create, review, and coordinate the distribution of employee-facing marketing materials.
• Develop open enrollment communication materials, including benefit guides, postcards, posters, presentations, and related collateral.
• Utilize established templates to produce consistent, accurate communications across multiple client projects.
• Review and respond to client-related communications while providing timely project updates.
• Establish project timelines, manage project scope, and coordinate deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and proactively recommend solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with creative, production, and communications teams to support project execution.
• Participate in project reviews and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain organized project documentation and ensure all deliverables meet quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, project management, or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating employee benefits communications.
• Knowledge of employee benefits or open enrollment communications.
• Experience working with HR or internal communications teams.
• Experience developing marketing collateral, presentations, guides, or employee communications.
• Experience working with templates and maintaining brand consistency.
• Client-facing communications experience.
