In this role, you will lead the agency’s marketing efforts, executing hands-on strategies across various digital channels. You will collaborate closely with sales and leadership teams to drive growth initiatives, ensuring that high-quality, engaging marketing outputs align with client goals. This position allows you to own multiple projects and continuously improve results using data analytics. Accountabilities
- Own the planning and execution of the agency’s daily marketing efforts across various channels.
- Translate high-level marketing and growth priorities into actionable campaigns and content plans.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize marketing efforts using HubSpot and other marketing tools.
- Track and analyze marketing performance, using insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop and oversee production of diverse marketing content including blogs and email campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent content publishing schedule and manage an editorial calendar.
- Identify and coordinate opportunities for presentations at conferences and events.
- Ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the brand across all marketing initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities with a focus on improving efficiency through AI tools.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or agency contexts.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a required writing sample.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with Google Analytics and marketing performance tracking.
- Highly organized with exceptional project management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially with sales.
- Experience with content management systems like Drupal.
- Familiarity with higher education institutions or markets is preferred.
