With a strong reputation in the market, they offer a collaborative environment where engineers have a direct impact on product development and performance.Job DescriptionDesign and develop mechanical systems for packaging machinery, including frames, filling, sealing, and capping equipment
Create and modify 3D CAD models and assemblies using Inventor or similar CAD software
Apply DFM/DFA principles to improve manufacturability and assembly efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, electrical, and controls engineers
Support prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous product improvement

MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME/BSMET) or related technical field10+ years of mechanical design experience in packaging machinery, food processing, or industrial automation
Strong proficiency in 3D CAD software, preferably Autodesk InventorProven experience with machine design, pneumatics, and automated systems
Knowledge of materials, machining, sheet metal fabrication, and mechanical tolerances
Hands-on expertise in testing, prototyping, and troubleshooting mechanical systems
