Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Design Engineer with a strong ownership mindset to lead the end-to-end design and development of complete systems.
This role is ideal for someone who has taken products from concept through development and delivery, with deep involvement in system-level design rather than individual components.
The ideal candidate will come from an automation or manufacturing environment and remain actively engaged in engineering work, bringing practical expertise in designing and delivering complex systems.

Responsibilities:

Lead the full system design and development lifecycle from concept through production
Own system architecture, design decisions, and technical execution
Develop and integrate mechanical systems, assemblies, and automation solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, controls, and project teams
Drive design validation, prototyping, and system improvements
Ensure designs meet performance, cost, and manufacturability requirements
Support continuous improvement and optimization initiatives

Requirements:

5 - 10 years of experience in mechanical or systems design
Proven experience in end-to-end system design ownership
Strong background in automation systems or manufacturing environments
Hands-on experience with design, development, and system integration
Ability to work independently with a high level of technical ownership
A true hands-on engineer, not a program manager or people leader
Someone who has designed complete systems, not just components or sub-parts
A candidate with a strong ownership mindset and track record of delivering products
Currently active in engineering and design work

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
