A bit about us:

We are seeking a senior project manager to drive daily operations on large mechanical scopes ranging from $100M–$500M+ across some of the most advanced facilities in the country. You’ll oversee schedules, procurement, financial tracking, client communication, coordination, and team leadership for multi-year major builds.

You will be embedded onsite with full corporate travel support and collaborate with top-tier trades, engineering partners, and national GC clients.

What You’ll Do

Safety & Site Leadership

Promote jobsite safety through communication, audits, and planning.

Scope & Document Control

Manage contract documents: drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, coordination items.Track changes, updates, and closeout documentation.

Scheduling & Field Coordination

Break down major mechanical installation plans into weekly work plans.Support manpower planning and field sequencing.

Procurement & Material Coordination

Maintain procurement logs and coordinate major equipment deliveries.Work with vendors and fabrication teams to keep installation aligned with schedule.

Financial Performance

Track productivity, cost trends, forecasting, and risk items.Lead monthly financial reviews and maintain positive cash flow.

Client Interaction & Relationship Building

Partner with owners, construction managers, design teams, and field staff.Support business development through positive project execution and communication.

Who You Are

8+ years of mechanical construction experienceDeep understanding of HVAC and mechanical system installationStrong ability to read construction documents and lead field coordinationProven success in managing large commercial or industrial projects between 100-500MComfortable traveling for multi‑year assignments
