Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager for an in office position. This role is designed for a senior-level performance marketer who can independently manage, optimize, and scale paid insurance lead generation campaigns while also contributing to landing page performance and conversion strategy.
This position requires a strong blend of paid media expertise, analytical thinking, and conversion-focused execution. The ideal candidate understands that successful customer acquisition extends beyond ad platforms and includes messaging, testing, and funnel optimization.
This is not a junior or platform-only role. We are looking for a results-oriented professional comfortable owning performance outcomes, making data-informed decisions, and operating with a high degree of autonomy.
Salary Range: $50000.00 - $1000000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google, and TikTok to generate insurance leads
Develop and optimize campaign structures, targeting strategies, and budget allocation
Monitor, analyze, and improve performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and lead quality
Write, refine, and test ad messaging and direct-response copy
Collaborate on or drive creative testing strategies and performance improvements
Design and execute structured testing initiatives to generate actionable insights
Analyze campaign and funnel data to identify constraints and opportunities
Provide clear reporting, performance analysis, and optimization recommendations
RequirementsExperience managing significant multi-platform advertising budgets (Meta, Google, TikTok preferred)
Demonstrated experience managing and scaling paid acquisition campaigns with measurable results
Senior-level understanding of performance metrics and optimization strategies
Experience building and optimizing high-converting landing pages
Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools and modern performance workflows
