This is more than an A/V role. Leading resolution of advanced media and A/V incidents and escalations
Performing expert troubleshooting, testing, maintenance, and quality assurance
Improving support workflows and escalation processes
Coaching and mentoring junior staff, student employees, and contracted resources
Helping build a collaborative, service-focused team culture
What Makes You Successful
You are equally comfortable leading a project meeting, programming technology systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and mentoring colleagues. You bring both strategic thinking and hands-on expertise.
Ideal candidates possess:
Strong project management and organizational skills
Deep knowledge of digital and analog signal flow
Experience with hyflex technologies and traditional A/V environments
Expertise in audio systems, DSP technologies, and control system programming
