Position
Summary
The Senior Medical Device Sales Representative is responsible for converting qualified opportunities, conducting in‑services, and expanding provider relationships across the assigned territory. This field‑based role reports to the National Director of Government Sales and plays a key part in driving adoption within VA facilities and related clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct in‑services and product demonstrations to close accounts sourced by Inside Sales
• Transition newly closed accounts back to Inside Sales for ongoing support
• Expand territory presence through new provider outreach and facility growth
• Plan and execute 4–6 week cluster‑call schedules at VA Medical Centers and affiliated clinics
• Build strong clinical relationships and drive product utilization at the provider level

Experience & Qualifications
• 2+ years of Medical Device Sales experience in:
• Physical Rehabilitation
• Physical Therapy
• Orthopedics
• Chiropractic
• Nursing
• Occupational Therapy
• Pain Management or related fields
• Educational or practical background in:
• Physical Therapy
• Rehabilitation Sciences
• Kinesiology
• Biology
• Nursing
• Occupational Therapy
• Related clinical disciplines
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage a multi‑week field schedule and work independently
§ Base: $60,000; Estimated commission (uncapped):
§ Medical Family – 55%, Employee 45% (year 1), 75% (onwards)
