For more than 120 years, The Bradley Center has been a trusted source of care and hope for children and families. Since 1905, we have been dedicated to helping young people heal, grow, and thrive. Today, our residential treatment facility provides 24-hour care and trauma-informed services for children who have experienced significant trauma and face a variety of emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.

We are seeking a Senior Milieu Coordinator who is passionate about making a lasting impact in the lives of children and adolescents. If you are a compassionate leader with strong clinical instincts, creativity, and a commitment to helping young people succeed, we encourage you to apply.

As a Senior Milieu Coordinator, you will play a vital leadership role in creating a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for residents and staff.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the designated leader during assigned shifts
  • Model and uphold high-quality therapeutic programming and unit structure
  • Mentor, coach, and develop unit staff in therapeutic intervention skills
  • Support a positive, trauma-informed treatment environment
  • Complete documentation of treatment services and required reports accurately and timely
  • Assist in maintaining consistency, accountability, and engagement among staff and residents

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in social work, psychology, child development or a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience working directly with children and adolescents in a psychiatric or residential setting
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license and car insurance
