Our continuous and rapid growth is attributable to the caliber of employees 4M strives to hire and retain. 4M Research is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join our team in Huntsville, AL.The Senior Operations Analyst will assist the Government in the planning, coordination, and execution of aerial target operations. Responsibilities will include event planning, launch and recovery operations, logistics and transportation coordination, technical documentation, and onsite mission support. The successful candidate will support aerial threat and target requirements for DoD organizations and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers, and will also participate in site assessments to evaluate launch and recovery locations, equipment requirements, range support, and overall mission feasibility.Required Qualifications:Bachelors degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of ten (10) years experience; 15 years experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Strong working knowledge of aerial target operations, logistics, mission scheduling, and range coordination.Must have an ACTIVE SECRET security clearance with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI. On-site presence with customer at Redstone Arsenal is a must. Ability to travel up to 35% of the time to both CONUS and OCONUS locations.Desired Qualifications:Experience with aerial threat/target systems, threat presentation equipment, and threat operations.Experience supporting military range operations, logistics, and munitions/support equipment coordination.Experience supporting DoD aerial target, test, training, or threat-system programs and coordinating with Government and external mission-support organizations.TOP SECRET (TS/SCI) security clearance.Please Note:  U.S. Citizenship is required
