Job Description

Join our distinguished legal team where you'll play a pivotal role in assisting attorneys throughout the claims journey and beyond. You will spearhead initial client interactions, carry out detailed policy evaluations, analyze comprehensive physician reports, collect vital medical records, and prepare key claim documentation. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong organizational prowess, will be vital in managing these responsibilities. A collaborative, process-focused approach and the ability to engage with senior professionals are essential. Familiarity with medical and financial data will be advantageous.

In this role, you'll be involved in handling No-Fault claims, preparing medical documentation requests, and drafting legal pleadings. A background in a plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm environment is advantageous, and bilingual candidates will find an added edge.
