Freeman Mathis and Gary, LLP is a rapidly growing, national specialty litigation firm seeking a Senior Paralegal - Litify Quality Assurance to join our growing Atlanta office. The Senior Paralegal – Litify Quality Assurance will serve as the firm’s primary steward of data quality within Litify. This role combines hands-on, high-volume data entry with rigorous verification, process adherence, and cross-functional coordination to ensure complete, accurate, and compliant matter records. The ideal candidate brings deep familiarity with litigation workflows and legal documentation, advanced proficiency with Litify (or Salesforce-based systems/ similar CRM software), and a disciplined, detail-first approach to data integrity. Success in this role will be measured by completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of data across all Litify objects and related processes, as well as the strength of collaboration with attorneys, legal staff, finance, intake, and IT.

Responsibilities
- Enter, validate, audit, and maintain legal and client data across Litify
- Monitor and meet production and quality standards
- Prepare and distribute routine and ad hoc data quality, exception, and production reports; and identify, escalate, and help remediate systemic issues in collaboration with Legal Ops and IT
- The position will apply firm policies for confidentiality, privilege, and data privacy across all entries; maintain an audit-ready data posture; and support training and user guidance on data standards and process adherence
- The role will also participate in procedural updates, contribute to template and field standardization, and support testing of minor configuration or workflow enhancements within Litify under direction
- Where appropriate, it will assist attorneys and case teams by translating case activity into structured system data, ensuring alignment of entries with pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and court rules, and by coordinating with intake and finance on matter setup, coding, and lifecycle transitions
- Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned
Education, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Certificate in Paralegal studies preferred
- A minimum of 3-5 years of paralegal experience in litigation, personal injury, insurance defense, commercial disputes, or comparable practice is required, with strong working knowledge of matter lifecycles, legal documents, and court-driven deadlines
- Proficiency with Litify or Salesforce-based legal practice management platforms is strongly preferred; candidates with substantial Salesforce CRM experience and rapid learning aptitude for Litify will be considered
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data validation, lookups, conditional logic, and reconciliation across multiple datasets, are required, along with comfort working across multiple systems and document repositories
- The role requires excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and quality orientation; the ability to meet deadlines and production targets in a high-volume environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with attorneys, staff, clients, vendors, and internal operations
- Candidates must be organized, self-directed, and able to work independently and within a team, exercising sound judgment and discretion
- Familiarity with data privacy, confidentiality, and privilege obligations is required; experience with e-filing, medical or records workflows, or eDiscovery platforms is a plus
