Job Description

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing real estate transaction documents.
Coordinate and oversee due diligence processes for property acquisitions and leases.
Maintain and organize legal files and records related to real estate matters.
Support attorneys with research and analysis on real estate-related legal issues.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction processes.
Prepare reports and summaries for ongoing real estate projects.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all real estate transactions.
Handle additional legal and administrative tasks as required by the legal team.

A successful Senior Paralegal should have:

Strong experience with real estate transactions, including acquisitions and leases.
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
Experience supporting trial preparation.
Proficiency in legal research and document management systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams.
Knowledge of legal compliance in the real estate sector.
