Job Description
Draft, review, and manage real estate transaction documents, including purchase agreements and lease agreements. Perform title and survey reviews and resolve any related issues. Coordinate and manage real estate closings, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Conduct due diligence and prepare summaries of findings for the legal team. Assist with zoning, land use, and other real estate-related matters. Maintain and organize legal files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure seamless workflow and communication. Provide additional support on various legal matters as needed.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Paralegal Real Estate should have: Experience with commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing legal documents. Strong knowledge of title and survey review processes. 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience. Experience supporting trial preparation. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in legal research and document management systems.
