Looking for a new challenge? Our Payroll team within Business Services is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to support their activities. Join us and discover how payroll works from A to Z while working with both national and international clients.

Your impact

  • Help manage payroll processes for clients, including those with employees in multiple countries.

  • Support the coordination and smooth delivery of Belgian payroll services.

  • Stay in regular contact with clients to help with their monthly payroll needs.

  • Get hands-on with different payroll software tools and systems.

  • Learn the ropes of employment setup and payroll administration.

About you

  • You have between two to three years of experience in payroll

  • You have a bachelor's in Legal Practice, Social Work, Human Resources, and have a strong interest in social legislation and payroll.

  • You're dynamic, friendly, and enjoy working as part of a team.

  • You're client-focused with good administrative skills.

  • You're familiar with AI and prompting

  • You speak Dutch or French fluently, and have a good level of English.
