Managing and overseeing the entire payroll function, ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.2. Collaborating closely with the finance and budget teams to align payroll with financial goals and objectives.3. Administering internal changes of status, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, and updating payroll records accordingly.4. Conducting regular audits of payroll data to identify and resolve any discrepancies.5. Generating comprehensive reports on payroll activities and presenting findings to senior management.6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and internal policies.7. Troubleshooting and resolving any payroll-related issues, providing excellent service to employees.8. Keeping abreast of the latest trends and best practices in payroll administration.Qualifications:To be considered for this role, you must have:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably within the Nonprofit industry.2. Extensive knowledge of payroll systems and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.3. Strong numerical skills and a high level of accuracy.4. Proven experience in auditing and generating reports.5. Experience working closely with budgets and finance teams.6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.8.
