Senior Payroll Specialist

SENIOR PAYROLL SPECIALIST Location; Huntington Beach, CA (Onsite; with possible hybrid downline) JOB DESCRIPTION As Senior Payroll Specialist, you will support payroll operations by ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. This role is responsible for processing payroll data, maintaining employee records, and assisting with payroll-related inquiries. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience handling confidential financial information. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process employee payroll information, including hours worked, overtime, and deductions.
• Manage timekeeping system processes and payroll reporting using ADP WFN.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee compensation data.
• Assist in preparing and processing multi-site weekly or bi-weekly payrolls for 2000+ employees.
• Review payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Address employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain confidential employee records and payroll documentation.
• Coordinate with HR and accounting teams to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Prepare payroll reports and documentation for internal use and audits.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current experience with ADP WFN; with expertise in time and Attendance module.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• SOX experience.
• Experience running multiple payroll cycles, weekly and bi-weekly with varying schedules for 2000+ employees.
• Multi-state payroll experience acquisition.
• Merger and Acquisitions highly preferred.
• Manufacturing industry experience is highly desired and / or aerospace company experience.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
