The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing complex printed circuit boards (PCBs) that meet the technical and functional requirements of our cutting-edge products. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work closely with a team of engineers and technicians to develop and implement design strategies that enhance product performance, durability, and overall functionality.Responsibilities:

• Design and layout complex, multi-layer PCBs using CAD tools, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to industry standards.
• Generate and maintain PC board Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage proto processing.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to define PCB design parameters and requirements.
• Implement and manage electro/mechanical components and drafting methods within the design process.
• Oversee PCB fabrication processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Conduct thorough testing and analysis of PCB designs, documenting results and making necessary modifications to enhance performance.
• Ensure all PCB designs meet the required safety and environmental standards.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest PCB design methodologies, tools, and industry trends.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior PCB designers and other team members.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in PCB design, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in CAD tools for PCB design and layout.
• Demonstrated experience with PC board BOM, proto processing, electro/mechanical components, and drafting methods.
• Extensive knowledge of PCB fabrication processes and industry standards.
• Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
