Senior Physical Therapist (Sports/Ortho) — Leadership Track
AID Performance Physical Therapy | Ashburn, VASalary: $76,000–$100,000 + bonus potential | Full-time
Sports/Ortho Senior PT — 1-hour evaluations, max 2 patients/hour, AI scribe support, leadership track with Clinic Director potential as we grow.
AID Performance Physical Therapy is hiring a Senior Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic and sports medicine clinic in Ashburn, VA. This opening is available due to a positive team transition—one of our senior clinicians is relocating out of state. We’re seeking a strong clinician who wants to deliver exceptional care, mentor others, and grow into leadership over time.

Patient-first model: 1-hour evaluations and maximum of two patients/hour

Treat orthopedic and sports medicine patients with evidence-based care
Mentor/support newer clinicians and support staff (aides/techs)
Leadership track with Clinic Director potential as the clinic grows
Optional opportunity to help re-establish sports/community partnerships over time
Requirements
Virginia PT license + BLS/CPR
Dry Needling preferred (not required—training available)
2+ years outpatient ortho/sports experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $76,000–$100,000 (commensurate with experience; leadership responsibilities considered)
Bonus potential (individual + clinic goals)
Sign-on or relocation bonus (based on experience)
Health benefits eligible after 30 days
PTO eligible after 90 days: 80–112 hours to start (DOE), increases with tenure
