Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, from intake through trial and post-trial work
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests, and motions in state and federal courts
• Coordinate discovery and manage case files and deadlines
• Prepare exhibits, trial binders, deposition summaries, and witness files
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Assist in court filings, trial logistics, and on-site trial support

Qualifications:

• 5 + years of litigation paralegal experience (plaintiff or defense)
• Experience with personal injury, medical malpractice, or commercial litigation preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, e-filing systems, and document management software
• Strong organizational and communication skills with proactive approach to docket as well as other attorneys who report to the managing partner
• Positive, professional attitude — enjoys coming to work and being part of a collaborative team
