Job Description

Location: Dunnellon, FLSalary: $170,000.00 USD Annually - $180,000.00 USD AnnuallyDescription: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Plant Operations Leader
  •              Minimum 15 years in industrial or chemical manufacturing (non negotiable)Proven leadership in Plant Manager / Operations Manager roles with full budget accountability
  •              Strong background in preventive/predictive maintenance and reliability engineeringHands on CAPEX project management from concept through commissioning
  •              Experience with thermal processing, carbon materials, or mineral processing strongly preferredFamiliarity with ERP/MES, CMMS, ISO 9001, and industrial safety protocolsIndustrial manufacturing; rotary kiln experience is a major plus
