DescriptionLead preconstruction strategy for Design-Build projects

Oversee pursuits for mission critical and industrial work, including Data Centers, Manufacturing, and Light Industrial/Warehouse projects

Drive estimating strategy and competitive positioning during pursuits

Collaborate closely with executive leadership and business development

Mentor and help grow a high-performing estimating/preconstruction team

ProfileA successful Senior Preconstruction Manager - Design Build Focus should have:Extensive Design-Build preconstruction experience

Background in mission critical, industrial, or related project types

Proven leadership in preconstruction and pursuit environments

Strong tenure and demonstrated career progression with previous employers

Job OfferSalary: $145,000-$180,000 base20-30% annual bonus target$850/month vehicle allowance3 weeks PTO + 5 sick days
