Job Description
About the Role:
- Join a global financial services team focused on responsible growth and innovation. In this role, you'll help analyze and report financial data for specific business lines, working closely with senior leadership and various internal teams. You'll be at the center of the action - connecting front office insights with operational strategy and financial reporting.

What You'll Do:
- Analyze and prepare balance sheets and P&L reports for financial products.
- Validate financial data, postings, and balances.
- Support forecasting, profitability analysis, and planning.
- Own and oversee financial reporting accuracy for specific products.
- Collaborate with front office, operations, and tech teams on finance processes and systems.
- Support data management and reporting improvements (MIS, Value at Risk testing, etc.).
- Contribute to regulatory analysis including CCAR and Recovery/Resolution Planning.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in finance or banking, specifically in product or financial control.
- Strong understanding of balance sheets and general ledger systems.
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, data management, spreadsheets).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines (some weekends during quarter-end).
- Excellent communication skills; able to work with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Oracle/eLedger and general ledger postings.
- Experience with process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, OPEX).
- Knowledge of securitized products (e.g., ABS, RMBS, or mortgages).
