Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end experiences for enterprise AI agents, from end-user interactions to admin configuration surfaces
- Adapt consumer agents for managed contexts, including permissions, controls, and governance requirements
- Create admin surfaces for team management, settings, and organizational controls
- Partner with research to synthesize insights into product recommendations for the agent roadmap
- Collaborate with PM, engineering, and data science to scope and ship feasible solutions
- Produce polished, production-ready UI that extends our existing design system
- Mentor earlier-career designers and contribute to design quality across the team
Qualifications:
- Absorbs complexity quickly: can parachute into unfamiliar domains and get oriented fast without heavy hand-holding
- Strong end-to-end craft: confidently moves from flows and wireframes to polished UI with well-reasoned design decisions
- Enterprise product experience: has designed for enterprise customers, including AI agents, admin dashboards, permissions models, team management, or other B2B surfaces
- Collaborative in PM/eng-led teams: articulates design rationale clearly, pushes back when needed, and navigates to productive solutions
- Self-directed and proactive: runs work forward independently and flags blockers early
- Senior-level impact: independently leads cross-team projects and drives measurable business outcomes across product areas with little to no oversight
- Expert in 1+ core skills: strong expertise in interaction design, prototyping, visual design, or product thinking
- Rapid prototyping skills (Claude Code, v0, or similar)
- Experience designing AI/ML products or agent-based interfaces
- Background working with cross-functional research and data science partners
- Contract or consulting experience preferred
