In this role, you will help shape the user experience across an innovative AI-powered civic tech platform. Your design contributions will have a direct impact on engaging voters and supporting candidates and elected officials. Accountabilities
- Deliver end-to-end design for features on our Win product, from concept to post-launch iteration.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define problems and create production-ready specifications.
- Maintain and enhance our Figma-based design system, determining when to innovate or reuse existing design patterns.
- Ensure high design standards across typography, interaction, and information hierarchy.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform design decisions and measure impact on user engagement.
- Incorporate AI tools into the workflow to enhance design efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience with a focus on SaaS or consumer products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design craft and systems thinking.
- Ability to architect scalable design systems and enhance team velocity.
- Experience in influencing product direction with data-driven insights.
- Capacity to work autonomously in a low-ceremony, fast-paced environment.
- Strong skills in driving complex projects to completion while maintaining quality.
