The Role You'll PlayWe're hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead design for Booker (by Mindbody) at Playlist. You'll drive end-to-end design for Booker, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Compliance to ship solutions that are simple for operators, reliable for systems, and aligned to measurable business outcomes.

• Set the design direction and deliver high-quality execution across checkout, subscriptions, refunds, credits, invoicing, payouts, and transaction reporting
• Lead discovery and problem framing through research, data, and close collaboration with cross-functional partners
• Design for real-world complexity by accounting for edge cases, failure states, and operational constraints
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define scope, trade-offs, and success metrics, then deliver iteratively
• Advocate for user-centered, craft-forward solutions while balancing speed, feasibility, and business impact
• Identify opportunities where design can unlock revenue, reduce friction, and improve operational efficiency
• Share work early and often with leaders and partners, incorporating feedback quickly and thoughtfully
• Raise the bar for product thinking and craft through strong narratives, prototypes, and systems-minded solutions

Experience You Bring

• 6+ years of product design experience with end-to-end ownership from discovery through delivery
• Ability to pair an ambitious product vision with staged, pragmatic rollouts
• Comfort leading through ambiguity and aligning cross-functional teams around problems, priorities, and outcomes
• Enjoyment of complex domains (payments, finance, operations) and the patience to go deep on workflows and edge cases
• Strong independent execution, turning broad cross-functional inputs into clear, cohesive product direction
• Skill translating business goals into customer-centered opportunities and measurable improvements
• Rigor in product thinking, forming hypotheses, using qualitative and quantitative signals, and turning insights into decisions
• Excellent communication, including clear rationale, thoughtful trade-offs, and crisp storytelling with partners and leaders

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with wellness, marketplace, or SMB-focused products
• Experience leading multi-stream design initiatives and influencing beyond direct ownership
• Experience designing AI-driven workflows
