What You Will Do
- Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for a variety of digital products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design concepts.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to inform design decisions and improve overall product usability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design processes.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with AI technologies, particularly OpenAI, and understanding their application in product design.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and working in a startup environment.
- Experience in designing for B2B and eCommerce platforms.
- Knowledge of user research methodologies and data-driven design practices.
Compensation and Benefits
