Senior Product Development Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Product Development Engineer m/f/d to join our team. The person will work closely with the software developer in an agile development team and take over quality assurance and verification topics.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan test automation concept/architecture.
• Plan and create product specific test environments.
• Review and specify feature acceptance criteria with the development team
• Specify and maintain manual tests in a test management tool
• Specify and maintain automated tests by using development tools
• Execute explorative tests on Dentsply Sirona devices
• Plan, carry out and document testing activities for embedded software releases

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related area
• Several years of professional experience in software testing, product development or other testing environment (e.g. system testing)
• Good knowledge of testing (e.g. ISTQB-certified tester qualification)
• Knowledge of Gherkin/Cucumber is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills; independent and structured working style; practical and self-reliant. approach to work; keen interest in new innovative technologies and enjoyment of working in a dynamic team
• Good in English language skills
• Fluent German language sklills
