Job Description

As a Senior Product Implementation Specialist reporting to the Director of Delivery Management, you'll play a critical role in delivering regulatory reporting solutions, enhancing client experiences, and enabling global growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of regulatory reporting implementation projects to ensure quality and timeliness.

  • Coordinate planning, priorities, and progress across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

  • Partner with project managers and delivery teams to define scope, manage timelines, and drive execution.

  • Adapt delivery plans in response to evolving regulations, resource changes, or client requirements.

  • Strengthen delivery quality through regulatory expertise, client feedback, and continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5+ years of experience delivering FinTech or regulatory reporting solutions.

  • Background working in banking or financial services with solid understanding of regulatory frameworks.

  • Strong ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

  • IT-related background gained through formal education or hands-on experience.

  • Experience coordinating delivery activities or leading cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with financial regulations across European markets.

This position will be located in Poland and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
