Our client is focused on advancing first- or best-in-class medicines for childhood and adult diseases.Role Overview: The Product Manager, HCP Marketing will support the development and execution of healthcare professional marketing tactics. This role partners cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical, and Regulatory teams and collaborates closely with external agencies to o implement approved marketing strategies and materials. The position is ideal for a hands-on marketer who can independently drive projects forward, navigate promotional review processes, and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Tactics Execution
- Lead development of HCP marketing materials, including print, digital, and sales-facing resources*
- Translate brand strategy into actionable tactics and deliverables*
- Support execution of HCP marketing strategy across promotional and digital channels
- Manage external agency partners to develop high-quality marketing materials*
- Coordinate timelines, feedback cycles, and deliverables across multiple projects*
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Partner with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) reviewers to navigate promotional review process*
- Prepare materials for review and incorporate feedback to secure approval*
- Ensure materials align with approved promotional standards
- Prioritize and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously*
- Proactively identify risks, anticipate challenges, and propose solutions*
- Maintain clear communication across internal and external stakeholders
