In this role, you will:
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for packages, from concept through scaled adoption, focusing on B2C experiences and applying AI/ML-driven enhancements.
Define and drive the 0-1 development and launch of new package solutions,leveragingcustomer insights, data, and experimentation tovalidateopportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally withengineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful, AI-powered product experiences.
Create and communicate clear product requirements, success metrics, and roadmaps, emphasizing system design, API integration, and data modeling considerations.
Safely integrate andoperateAI/ML-enabled solutions that improve outcomes for travelers and partners.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement,leveraginglearnings from experimentation, user feedback, and market trends to inform product iteration and innovation.
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of relevant professional experience inB2Cproduct management with a bachelors, 6+ yearswith a Masters, or equivalent related professional experience.
Demonstrated experience owning products or services across their lifecycle, including launching new AI/ML-powered features or products at scale.
Proven ability to define and deliver technical solutions, working closely with engineering, data, and design teams.
Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience taking products from concept to scaled adoption.
Expertisein designing, launching, and scaling AI/ML-driven features within consumer-facing digital products.
Experience architecting solutions that integrate multi-service, full-stack, and API-based ecosystems.
Strongtrack recordof data-driven decision making and operational excellence in complex, fast-paced environments.
Advanced understanding of safely integrating generative AI or machine learning models into B2C product workflows.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
