Job Description

We are seeking a high-impact Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative technology products that drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer value. As part of our Consumer-focused team, you will define and execute product vision while partnering cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to build a data-backed roadmap that scales the next phase of our consumer experience. In this role, you will balance strategy, analytics, and product vision—prioritizing initiatives, identifying opportunities through data and customer insights, and delivering impactful solutions to market. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, technical understanding, and deep user empathy, with a proven ability to translate strategic goals into successful, customer-focused products.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Modernize Our Platform

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support the transition to a modern, scalable platform architecture.

  • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen performance, flexibility, and long-term product innovation.

Drive Product Optimization and Conversion

  • Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and deliver timely, relevant user experiences.

  • Strengthen product analytics capabilities to enable clearer insights and more effective storytelling through data.

  • Identify and reduce friction across critical user journeys and transaction flows to improve engagement and conversion.

Innovate and Scale New Capabilities

  • Champion the adoption of advanced technologies that enhance product discovery, personalization, and overall user experience.

  • Lead the development and launch of high-impact features that improve customer outcomes and increase successful transactions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in growth, optimization, or experimentation-focused roles. Proven ability to break down complex problems into clear strategies, execute effectively, and iterate based on results.

  • Strong experience with experimentation frameworks, including designing and running A/B tests, and using data to drive decisions and measure success against defined KPIs.

  • Familiarity with applying AI and emerging technologies to improve products, processes, or customer experiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, with a strong bias toward action and results.

  • Experience working in high-volume digital environments such as e-commerce, ticketing, travel, or similar industries where you’ve optimized user journeys used by millions of customers.

  • Proven track record of taking products or features from concept through launch, with the judgment to lead initiatives while effectively collaborating with cross-functional partners.

  • Resourceful and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset across people, processes, and product outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications & Traits:

  • A collaborative partner who works effectively across teams, partnering with design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and business leadership to deliver meaningful outcomes.

  • A strong communicator with excellent communication, organization, storytelling, and facilitation skills that help align diverse teams and stakeholders around a shared vision.

  • Deeply curious about user needs and proactive in identifying and addressing friction points in the customer experience.

  • Experience working with modern product analytics tools and experimentation platforms.

  • Background in consumer-facing digital products with strong focus on growth, engagement, or conversion optimization.
