In this role, you'll help build the evolution of host networking technologies developed by NVIDIA, driving platform-level innovation from vision to real-world impact. Our Host Networking Platform Product Group leads the ConnectX and BlueField DPU product lines - cornerstones of NVIDIA's data-center and AI strategy. Together, we are building the networking backbone of tomorrow's intelligent systems and crafting the future of how computation connects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Spearhead the development and seamless integration of sophisticated networking products, redefining innovative concepts into fully realized systems.

• Address complex technical challenges, continuously advancing the frontiers of networking technology to compose solutions that exceed customer expectations.

• Collaborate deeply with multidisciplinary engineering and architecture teams to prioritize and define detailed, actionable requirements for breakthrough projects.

• Forge positive relationships with customers-actively listening to their technical needs, delivering expert mentorship, and supporting successful, large-scale deployments that drive their strategic goals.

What We Need to See:

• A BSc or MSc or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, or comparable practical experience in a closely related field.

• At least 12 years of product or program management experience within the semiconductor or networking industry, spanning end-to-end hardware and software systems.

• Proven track record to bring deep customer and business insights to networking solutions, with a strong grasp of the needs of cloud providers, enterprises, platform integrators, and network equipment vendors.

• Demonstrated expertise collaborating with leading Enterprise clients and top 5 Cloud Service Providers to successfully deliver product releases and manage large-scale deployments.

• Advanced analytical skills, combined with proven experience in strong product and project management in dynamic, technical environments.

• Outstanding communication skills, demonstrated in both technical and business interactions.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

• Demonstrated expertise in embedded platforms, spanning hardware, system infrastructure, and application-level innovation.

• Proven success partnering with global, enterprise-scale customers on networking and cloud infrastructure deployments.

• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA technologies and embedded solutions, showing a deep understanding of our platform ecosystem.

• Track record of leading embedded systems development, combining technical depth with impactful leadership.

• History of excelling in product management within international organizations, highlighting adaptability and cross-cultural collaboration.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 208,000 USD - 327,750 USD for Level 5, and 240,000 USD - 379,500 USD for Level 6.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
