Job Description

About Polymarket

Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform. We enable individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace with no centralized "house," Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities that reflect collective expectations about the future.

We're growing fast, both in terms of volume ($21B traded in 2025) and adoption as an alternative news source. Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire.

About the Role

Polymarket is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own product outcomes across one or more areas of our platform. This is a high-ownership role for someone who combines strong product instincts with the operational rigor to actually get things done in a fast-moving environment. We're open to candidates who come from a traditional product background as well as those who have built their edge through operational excellence - what matters most is that you know how to drive clarity, align teams, and ship things that make a real difference.

You'll work closely with engineering, design, data, and leadership to define what we build and why, translate strategy into execution, and make sure the details don't fall through the cracks. At Polymarket, PMs are expected to be in the weeds: close to the data, close to the users, and close to the team.

What You'll Do

  • Own your product area. Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your domain and take accountability for the outcomes, not just the outputs.

  • Drive execution. Turn strategy into clearly scoped, well-prioritized work. Keep projects moving, remove blockers, and make sure the team always knows what they're working toward and why.

  • Get close to the data. Use quantitative and qualitative signals to understand how users are behaving, where the product is falling short, and what the highest-leverage opportunities are.

  • Work closely with engineering and design. Partner with engineers and designers from early discovery through launch, bringing the right context and making fast, well-reasoned decisions along the way.

  • Communicate clearly across the company. Keep stakeholders aligned, surface tradeoffs early, and make sure the right people have the right information at the right time.

  • Raise the bar on product quality. Push for experiences that are simple, fast, and genuinely useful and hold a high standard for what ships under your name.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a highly operational role with significant product ownership

  • A track record of shipping products or initiatives that had measurable impact, with clear evidence of your personal contribution

  • Strong analytical skills: you're comfortable in data, know how to define success metrics, and can tell the difference between a signal and noise

  • Excellent written and verbal communication: you can write a crisp PRD, run a tight meeting, and explain complex tradeoffs to any audience

  • A bias for action: you move fast, make decisions with incomplete information, and iterate based on what you learn

  • High operational rigor: you follow through, sweat the details, and make sure things actually ship the way they were intended

  • Comfort working in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment where the roadmap evolves and priorities shift

  • (Plus) Familiarity with prediction markets, DeFi, or blockchain-based products

  • (Plus) Background at a high-growth startup where you've had to operate lean and move fast

Benefits

  • Competitive salary & equity

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Full Health, Vision, & Dental coverage

  • 401k match

  • Hardware setup: new MacBook Pro, big display, & accessories

Pay Transparency

Base salary range: $250,000 to $450,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.

This range reflects a good-faith estimate for this position. Experience levels vary widely within a title here, so please reach out even if your expectations fall outside it. We're always happy to chat.
