Senior Product Manager - Lease Platform (Remote)

We are currently hiring a Senior Product Manager-Lease Platform to assist in modernizing our core platform and services. This work is the backbone of consumer and retailer conversion, compliance, and comprehension in the Progressive Leasing journey.

This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely anywhere in the continental US or in our corporate location in Utah.

YOU ARE:

A highly skilled technical Senior Product Manager with a background in managing exceptional products. You have a passion for utilizing data to solve problems, innovate and create products that delight our customers. You will have strong foundational product management skills and are a self starter. You are a strong communicator and are able to align your engineering team, product partners, and stakeholders to deliver solutions on time.

You thrive in highly regulated environments and are comfortable owning products that sit at the intersection of compliance, conversion, payments, and customer trust. You understand how to modernize legacy systems, lead platform transitions, and deliver measurable business outcomes through experimentation and data-driven decision making.

You are equally comfortable shaping long-term platform strategy and optimizing near-term user experience improvements.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Demonstrated ability to solve difficult problems by bringing innovative solutions
• Use sound judgement to assess risks and provide well-structured, data-informed, and written narratives
• Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, peers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap by meeting with internal and external stakeholders including retailers and consumers
• Manage through competing priorities to drive consistent improvements through data driven value
• Lead cross functional initiatives to identify business problems, mitigate risk, and validate proposed solutions through customer and market research
• Define use cases, features, requirements and acceptance criteria that articulate desired product functionality
• Establish in partnership with dependent teams an iterative release schedule that delivers value and features to customers, on time and as promised
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate timelines, blockers, successes, and failures in a clear manner
• Analyze performance of product features
• Design and execute experimentation strategies (A/B testing, prototype testing, behavioral analysis) to improve signing conversion, reduce drop-off, and increase comprehension for key financial terms.
• Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Sales, and Engineering to ensure the lease platform meets regulatory standards and audit controls while optimizing consumer and retailer needs.
• Establish buy-in at all levels of the organization and maintain strong communication channels with various functional areas
• AI‑enabled tools are already part of how work gets done across our organization, and their use will continue to expand over time. We value people who are curious, adaptable, and open to learning as roles and workflows evolve

YOU'LL BRING:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software Product Management
• Experience owning backend services and internal tools preferred
• Experience working in regulated industries (FinTech, payments, lending, BNPL, or similar) where compliance and customer disclosures are critical
• Ability to move from high-level strategy to detailed execution
• Exceptional communication skills: listening, speaking, collaborating, and proven ability to write/present effectively to a variety of audiences
• High-integrity and ambition to relentlessly pursue the best possible product and service
• Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, self-direct, and be flexible within a fast-paced environment
• Passion and desire for innovating exciting new products
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated experience using data to inform product decisions, including defining KPIs, analyzing funnel metrics, and driving measurable improvement
• Experience leading or supporting platform migrations or vendor transitions is strongly preferred
• You are comfortable and fluent in using AI tools to increase your bandwidth and throughput.
