The Role

At Zippy, we believe everyone deserves access to affordable, high-quality housing, but outdated lending processes have made homeownership increasingly difficult to achieve. We’re on a mission to change that by making financing for manufactured homes faster, simpler, and more accessible than ever before.

As a Senior Product Manager at Zippy, you will play a key role in shaping the end-to-end experience across all of our customer segments. This includes home buyers, retail partners, and internal users who rely on our products every day. You will focus on ensuring the experiences are intuitive, consistent, and scalable, while meeting the needs of different user types across the business.

This role spans multiple areas of the product. You will work cross-functionally to define experience strategy, improve usability across journeys, and ensure that our products are easy to adopt, efficient to use, and aligned with Zippy’s business goals. You will focus on driving clarity, reducing friction, and delivering experiences that support both growth and operational excellence.

This is a great opportunity for a product generalist who enjoys working across user journeys, balancing competing needs, and building experiences that work well for customers and internal teams alike.

What You’ll Do

• Own the strategy and execution for your product area, aligning with Zippy’s mission and business goals.

• Use data, A/B testing, and customer insights to drive decisions, optimize experiences, and measure success.

• Lead the product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap definition to launch and iteration.

• Balance short-term wins with long-term impact, ensuring quick iterations drive lasting value.

• Solve complex problems, considering customer needs, business growth, and technical feasibility.

• Work cross-functionally to align teams, remove roadblocks, and ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.

• Thrive in a fast-paced startup, adapting quickly, making bold bets, and iterating to improve.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, with a strong focus on customer-facing or internal product experiences.

• Extensive experience building and improving complex user journeys across multiple customer types, balancing usability, efficiency, and business outcomes.

• Strong customer and business intuition, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing speed with quality while adapting to evolving priorities.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across teams like engineering, design, sales, and operations.

• Passion for creating products and experiences that drive impact.
