Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Franchise Marketing- Hemophilia

  • Location: Cambridge, MA

About the Job:

The Senior Product Manager, Franchise Marketing- Hemophilia supports the execution of multi-branded marketing programs across Sanofi's US Hemophilia portfolio (Altuviiio, Eloctate, Alprolix, and Qfitlia). This role has a strong focus on account planning execution with cross-functional field teams and content development and coordination for congresses and events. The Senior Product Manager plays a critical role in ensuring seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver strategic account plans, while leading the development of compelling congress materials and event content that showcase our portfolio's value. Reporting to the Head of Franchise Hemophilia Marketing, this position is central to translating strategic priorities into tactical execution and delivering impactful customer engagement across key congresses and accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

Account Planning Execution with Cross-Functional Field Teams

  • Implement the account planning strategy set forth by the Head of Franchise Marketing

  • Support cross-functional account planning execution by collaborating with field teams (Sales, Market Access) to develop and implement account-level initiatives across brands

  • Facilitate communication and planning sessions between marketing and field teams to ensure seamless account-level execution and alignment on brand priorities

  • Assist in tracking account-level performance metrics and share insights with cross-functional partners to optimize execution

  • Ensure account planning initiatives are informed by influence mapping, customer segmentation, and market adoption data

Content Development & Coordination for Congresses and Events

  • Partner with the Associate Director of Congresses/Events to implement the Hemophilia Congress Strategy

  • Lead content development and coordination for key congresses and events, including booth materials, promotional assets, and sales tools across the Hemophilia portfolio

  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and field teams to develop scientifically accurate and commercially compelling congress materials that effectively communicate portfolio value

  • Manage content development timelines, agency relationships, and cross-functional review processes to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Coordinate logistics and content needs across multiple congresses and events simultaneously, ensuring brand consistency across Altuviiio, Eloctate, Alprolix, and Qfitlia

About you:

Basic Qualifications

  • B.S./B.A. degree required

  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in the biopharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech industry with marketing experience

  • Outstanding communication, coordination, and project management skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with various stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or science-related graduate degree

  • Strong understanding of portfolio marketing, multi-brand strategy, and pharmaceutical marketing principles

  • Demonstrated ability to execute marketing programs and coordinate cross-functional initiatives, including with Specialty Pharmacy, Patient Support Services, and field teams

  • Direct experience in hemophilia or rare blood disorders marketing

  • Experience supporting account planning execution with cross-functional field teams

  • Track record of successful multi-brand program execution and cross-functional collaboration

  • Experience with portfolio-level marketing initiatives, account-based marketing, and retention strategy

  • Demonstrated success in data analysis and performance optimization

  • Experience working with Medical Affairs, Sales, and Market Access teams

  • Knowledge of congress and events management
