Job Description

About Flagright:

Flagright is an AI operating system for financial crime compliance used globally by Fortune 500 companies, large banks, fintechs, and fast growing startups. Flagright enables real-time risk detection, automated investigations, and intelligent decisioning, helping compliance teams operate at their full potential in the fight against financial crime.

We operate as a lean, high-performance team with high individual ownership and direct access to leadership.

Role overview:

Our Marketing team drives how Flagright is understood across the market. From research and positioning to influence and market education, they help financial institutions understand why modern compliance teams operate differently.

We are hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Analyst Relations in the United States to build and own our analyst and market influence function. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role focused on increasing third-party validation, strengthening analyst understanding of Flagright, and ensuring our platform is consistently represented across industry conversations, reports, and evaluations.

You will manage analyst relationships end-to-end, independently run product demonstrations, own submissions and applications, and continuously educate the market on how Flagright evolves. You will operate with autonomy in a fast-moving environment and work directly with leadership, product, customer, and go-to-market teams.

People who thrive at Flagright:

  • Have been knocked down before and gotten back up

  • Are resourceful—they figure things out with whatever tools are available

  • Have strong opinions and can defend them

  • Learn fast because they’re hungry

  • Want to work with no-BS people building something important

People who struggle here:

  • Need extensive hand-holding

  • View high expectations as “unreasonable”

  • Actually prioritize work-life balance

  • Can’t handle ambiguity or rejection

  • Prefer consistent routine over fast-changing priorities

Key responsibilities:

Analyst Engagement & Market Influence

  • Own relationships with analyst firms and industry research organizations globally

  • Develop and execute analyst engagement plans and briefing cadences

  • Build trust and maintain ongoing communication with analysts through product updates, customer momentum, roadmap developments, and market signals

  • Ensure Flagright is continuously and accurately represented across relevant market conversations

Product Demonstrations & Market Education

  • Deliver deep product demonstrations independently

  • Develop enough product and domain understanding to explain Flagright clearly to external evaluators

  • Translate technical capabilities into clear narratives that resonate with external evaluators

Reports, Evaluations & Recognition

  • Own submissions for analyst reports, market evaluations, awards, and relevant industry recognition programs

  • Write applications independently with minimal oversight

  • Coordinate proof points, customer references, metrics, collateral, product details, and supporting evidence

  • Partner with Design and cross-functional teams to produce high-quality submission materials

Market Intelligence & Strategic Positioning

  • Monitor analyst sentiment and market perception

  • Identify positioning gaps and recommend actions

  • Track competitors and evolving market narratives

  • Deliver structured insights to leadership and GTM teams

Who we are looking for:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in Product Marketing, Analyst Relations, Solutions Consulting, Market Intelligence, Strategic Marketing, or adjacent enterprise SaaS functions

  • Minimum 2+ years directly owning analyst engagement programs, market evaluations, industry reports, or strategic positioning initiatives

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working in an Enterprise B2B SaaS company

  • Demonstrated experience independently delivering in-depth software demonstrations

  • Exceptional written communication and ability to produce high-quality external-facing materials

  • Strong executive presence and ability to represent complex products externally

  • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and driving outcomes without formal authority

  • Comfortable operating independently with high accountability

  • Based in the Bay Area with the right to work in the USA (no visa sponsorship available), this is a fully in-person role at our Santa Clara office

Preferred experience:

  • Experience in financial crime compliance, banking, fintech, payments, fraud, or regulated technology environments

  • Experience managing analyst briefings, external influence programs, or industry recognition initiatives

  • Experience translating customer outcomes into compelling market narratives

What we offer:

  • Housing subsidy for those living within 1 mile of the office

  • Product with clear, real-world differentiation

  • High-bar environment focused on execution, learning, and continuous improvement

  • Get equity from day 1 at a Y Combinator startup.

  • Work alongside a highly competent, top-tier team, including professionals from Y Combinator, ex AWS, and Palantir

  • Enjoy a low-bureaucracy environment, minimal meetings, and an asynchronous communications culture
