Description -

As Senior Product Marketing Manager, AI Solutions – Healthcare, you will lead the positioning, go‑to‑market strategy, and sales enablement for HP’s AI solutions serving health systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), life sciences, and healthcare research organizations. This role owns how HP enables AI training and inference in healthcare environments where data privacy, regulatory compliance, clinical trust, and operational reliability are essential.

You will act as the healthcare vertical authority for HP AI Solutions—shaping solution narratives that resonate with clinical leaders, healthcare IT, data science teams, and executives. This includes positioning AI infrastructure for on‑prem, edge, and hybrid deployments that support clinical, research, and operational use cases while meeting strict compliance requirements.

This senior role requires strong technical fluency, deep understanding of healthcare workflows and regulations, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions aligned to clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

Healthcare AI Positioning & Messaging

  • Own end‑to‑end positioning and messaging for HP’s AI training and inference solutions tailored to healthcare environments.
  • Translate AI infrastructure capabilities (GPUs, workstations, edge systems, secure AI software stacks) into value propositions that support clinical decision‑making, research acceleration, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop healthcare‑specific narratives addressing data privacy, patient safety, trust, and model governance.

Go‑to‑Market Strategy & Leadership

  • Lead GTM strategy for healthcare AI solutions from concept through launch and scale.
  • Define priority segments and personas (e.g., clinical informatics, healthcare IT, data science teams, life sciences researchers) and align solution plays accordingly.
  • Influence product packaging, offers, and roadmap priorities by representing healthcare customer needs in cross‑functional forums.

Sales, Partner & Ecosystem Enablement

  • Own sales enablement strategy for healthcare AI solutions, delivering solution playbooks, reference architectures, clinical‑ready talk tracks, and competitive positioning.
  • Enable sales teams to confidently position HP AI solutions in healthcare environments where compliance and trust are critical buying factors.
  • Partner with healthcare ISVs, system integrators, and ecosystem partners to ensure consistent, healthcare‑ready solution messaging and co‑sell alignment.

Customer, Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Lead voice‑of‑customer efforts across healthcare providers and life sciences organizations to inform messaging, GTM, and solution strategy.
  • Monitor competitive offerings, regulatory trends, and healthcare AI adoption patterns to maintain differentiated and credible positioning.
  • Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and sales leadership.

Launch Readiness & Cross‑Functional Execution

  • Own launch readiness for healthcare‑focused AI solutions, ensuring messaging alignment, enablement readiness, and compliance awareness.
  • Serve as the senior marketing interface with Product Management, Engineering, Legal, Security, and Sales for healthcare launches.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for healthcare GTM assets, performance metrics, and post‑launch learnings.

Qualifications

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or GTM roles, with experience serving healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Proven track record positioning complex B2B technology solutions for healthcare providers or life sciences organizations.
  • Strong technical fluency across AI infrastructure, GPUs, workstations, and hybrid on‑prem / edge compute environments.
  • Ability to translate technical differentiation into credible, outcome‑driven healthcare value propositions.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for clinical, technical, and executive audiences.

Preferred

  • Experience marketing AI training, inference, or data science solutions in healthcare settings.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data privacy, compliance, and governance considerations.
  • Experience working with healthcare ISVs, system integrators, or clinical technology partners.
  • Background collaborating with product, engineering, and compliance teams on solution‑led launches.
