Job Description

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Senior Professional, Multimedia is a multidisciplinary creative who understands digital production, brand storytelling, media relations, publishing, and the evolving content creator landscape — including how creators use brand assets from NIKE, Inc. to tell their own stories.

You bring hands‑on experience across multiple forms of content creation, with a strong preference for technically advanced production design, editing, and elevating footage into dynamic, engaging, narrative‑driven stories. You have a sharp eye, strong craft, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual work.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

This role is essential to supporting Nike’s reputation as one of the world’s most compelling multimedia storytellers. You’ll contribute to a wide range of creative projects in support of Global Communications and the specific needs of the One Publishing team, with an emphasis on photography and visual storytelling.

You’ll help make complex ideas simple, visual, and highly consumable — offering behind‑the‑scenes access to NIKE, Inc., including our athletes, products, creation processes, supply chain, and the people who make it all possible.

Your work will help shape the future of Communications‑led storytelling at Nike, with a focus on multimedia content. You’ll do this through:

  • High‑volume executional design production and art direction for Communications‑owned channels and in partnership with media and content creators

  • Applying expert‑level skills in art direction, graphic design, and digital production design

  • Exploring innovative ways to use graphics, typography, data, illustration, and imagery to enhance NIKE, Inc. storytelling

  • Partnering with editorial teammates to plan and manage digital assets, photography, and video capture that tell Nike‑only stories for internal and external audiences

  • Creating assets that empower others — media, creators, and employees — to tell the story of NIKE, Inc.

  • Seeking inspiration through research, in‑person experiences, cultural observation, network‑building, and trend analysis to continuously elevate the work

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

The One Publishing Team sits within Global Communications, where the team obsesses great Nike storytelling, both internally and externally. The team seeks disruption, values dexterity, displays initiative and elevates the thinking of the Global Communications team in service of industry-defining creativity.

The role will report into the Creative Director, One Publishing, and will work closely with the other members of the One Publishing Team who span editorial, creative and platform management. It will also partner with members of the larger Global Communications Team and build relationships with the Global Brand Marketing Team.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design or related creative roles; experience with large national or global organizations preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, communications, or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Keynote

  • High proficiency in photo retouching and editing

  • Strong skills in digital production design and execution

  • A refined eye for typography, editorial layout, design systems, and visual storytelling

  • Deep awareness of current design trends and the best work across our industry and beyond

We offer a number of accommodations to complete our interview process including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible and single location for in-person interviews, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications as needed.
