Request ID: 78887-1 Title: Senior Program Manager Locations: Louisville, KY(Onsite) Duration: 6 Months Salary Range: $40 - $45/Hour on W2 (All inclusive)
Introduction
The role involves overseeing technical personnel on complex system programs and projects within our Network Engineering department. This hybrid role requires strong Program Management skills and experience in monitoring and controlling technology-focused Infrastructure projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in facilitating the design and implementation of enterprise-sized projects, such as Data Center and Cloud Engineering.
- Quality enterprise-level Program Management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated Stakeholder Relationship management at all organizational levels.
- Coordination skills with internal and external teams, leadership, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
- Highly organized with skills in schedule management, RACI, RAID, and Financial Management.
- Agile Certification (SAFe, CSM, or equivalent).
- Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent).
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years of technical program/project management experience.
- 3-5 years of experience leading technical projects such as Data Center/Cloud migrations and buildouts, Warehouse, SD-WAN, M&A consolidation, Remote Access, etc.
- Technical understanding of Core Network Infrastructure and Cloud engineering terminologies such as BGP, TCPIP, IPSEC, IP schema, SD-WAN, VNET peering, circuits (Ethernet, DWDM, Express Routes, Direct Connect, etc.).
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration.
- Longevity working in project or program management environments.
- Experience in the health solutions industry.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Facilitating the ongoing design and implementation of enterprise-sized projects.
- Ensuring quality in enterprise-level Program Management.
- Managing stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels.
- Coordinating with internal and external teams, leadership, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
- Practicing good judgment and creative thinking in problem-solving.
- Making decisions regarding teamwork approach/priorities and setting direction.
