Job Description

Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.

We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.

We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.

If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

The ideal candidate will also play a meaningful role in supporting enterprise-wide change initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption and integration across teams.

This is a fully onsite position, requiring five days a week at either our San Francisco, CA or Bellevue, WA office.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Partner closely with Recruiting leaders and business partners to identify opportunities to enhance how talent systems support strategic and operational objectives across sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring

  • Develop Recruiting systems training, conduct onboarding for new users, create job aids/documentation, and drive user adoption for new features

  • Assess new systems or enhancements, lead pilots or rollouts, and ensure alignment with business needs

  • Act as a subject matter expert for AI-driven recruitment solutions by evaluating, implementing and maintaining automation tools

  • Oversee Recruiting vendor relationships, leading the discovery, implementation, and administration of systems to enhance global hiring capabilities

  • Champion data-driven decision making by advancing the use of recruiting analytics and partnering with Recruiting to define key metrics of success, including overseeing data integrity, establishing quality control frameworks and leading audit projects

  • Identify and execute large-scale transformation initiatives that improve efficiency and consistency across the entire recruitment lifecycle

  • Translate business needs into system and workflow requirements and ensure new processes are adopted smoothly by recruiters, hiring managers, and coordinators

  • Support enterprise-wide changes affecting hiring. Lead change strategies including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and feedback. Track adoption and improve based on results.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • 5+ years in Recruiting Operations or HR program management in a fast paced environment

  • Proven success leading cross-functional programs and driving adoption

  • Managed and owned full cycle project management with established workflows, user acceptance testing, communications and launch plans

  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences and seniority levels

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change

  • Experience navigating global hiring regulations, data privacy, and AI compliance is a plus
