Job Description
Our Client, a Commercial Banking company, is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Social Media Enablement for their Toronto, ON/ Hybrid location.Responsibilities:
- Large-scale program delivery: Proven experience leading large-scale programs or projects, ideally involving platform implementation, onboarding, migration, or broader transformation initiatives.
- Program management: Strong command of core program management disciplines, including planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and execution.
- Change management & adoption: Demonstrated success leading technology-enabled business change and driving user adoption at scale.
- Communication & influence: Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear updates, decisions, and action plans.
- Multi-workstream management: Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and deliver effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Executive reporting & governance: Experience preparing executive materials, status reporting, and governance documentation to support effective decision-making.
- Organizational effectiveness: Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Strategic leadership & execution: You are a highly organized and strategic program leader who can move seamlessly between executive-level planning and day-to-day execution.
- Collaborative and influential: You build strong relationships across teams and drive alignment among stakeholders with diverse priorities.
- Balanced in your approach: You bring a thoughtful perspective that balances business objectives, client experience, and risk and compliance requirements in a regulated environment.
- Accountable and results-oriented: You take ownership, act with initiative, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.

- Must Have Requirement:
- 5-7 years of large-scale program and project management experience
- Experience with platform migration projects
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, organizational effectiveness
- Experience supporting change management initiatives
- Nice To Have:
- PMP certification
- FI experience or experience working in a regulated environment
- Prior experience working with social media management tools
