Job Description

Senior Program ManagerThis Senior Program Manager will be:Leading cross-functional program execution teams

Managing program cost, quality, and delivery metrics

Acting as primary customer contact for all requests

Overseeing budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking

Coordinating new product introductions and changes

Monitoring schedules, risks, and performance metrics

Driving continuous improvement and corrective actions

Supporting quoting, pricing, and contract alignment

Conducting meetings and tracking action items

Ensuring compliance with ISO and quality standards

Collaborating with sales, finance, and operations

Experience in aerospace or high-reliability industries

Strong leadership and customer-facing skills

Knowledge of SMT or high-volume manufacturing

Experience with ERP systems (Syteline preferred)PMP certification preferred

Strong financial and operational acumenITAR eligibility required$110K-$140K+ base (flex for experience)Exposure to defense & advanced tech program
